With a familial and personal background in healthcare and first responders, Lisa will no longer stand for the devastating statistics around mental health and wellbeing in these industries and workplaces.

Lisa has worn a uniform, fell in the hole of poor mental health and made her way out again! With a deep understanding of every stage, she has been supporting clients since 2015 that are walking their own similar paths. Draw on Lisa's unique perspectives, lived experience and comprehensive training to help light your way out of the darkness.

Lisa is a mother of three including two step-children, and had to adjust her parenting style many times over.
